Damaged or Faulty Items
We hope your item/s reaches you in perfect condition, however if the items are damaged in transit or are faulty please contact us within 48 hours to report. Please retain the original packaging and receipt.
We will not accept returns to this nature if not reported within 48 hours.
We advise all orders be inspected immediately upon receipt, before removing any tags and packaging.
Please include your order number, date of purchase and reason for return.
Jewellery and Clothing ordered online, excluding earrings, may be returned within 5 working days. All items must be unworn, in it's original packaging and accompanied by the receipt. Returns will be in the form of an Online Credit.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your items to be returned and assessed. Thereafter the credit will be processed if the item is in suitable condition.
In order to ensure returned items are received please use a reliable courier company with a tracking number. We are not responsible for orders returned that are not received.
We will not accept returns of items that have been worn, are without original tags and packaging.
Swim & Separates
When trying on swimwear please ensure to do so with fresh underwear so as to keep items eligible for return or exchange should the need arise.
Should you wish to return or exchange Swimwear for different sizing, please ensure to do so within 48 hours. No returns or exchanges will be accepted thereafer.
Returns will be in the form of an Online Credit.
